WORK WITH ANAND
Sometimes you don’t need an answer. You need a place to find yours.
11hr is a space for people at a crossroads — when they need to slow down, be heard, think clearly and reconnect with their own instinct before making an important decision.
A private thinking conversation with someone who has spent 30 years navigating people, business and consequential decisions.
01
11TH HOUR CONVERSATION
A focused 45–60 minute conversation around a specific situation, decision or crossroads.
02
THINK WITH ANAND
A small series of 45-minute conversations when one conversation isn’t enough.
03
AN ONGOING SPACE
Recurring conversations for decisions, leadership, business, career or simply staying clear when things become complicated.
And yes, this is a paid conversation.
But I wouldn’t say: “₹X for 60 minutes of my time.”
You’re not paying for an hour. You’re investing in the quality of the conversation before an important decision.
That’s the value.
We can decide the actual pricing separately.
WHAT CAN WE TALK ABOUT?
A difficult negotiation
You have an important negotiation coming up and want to think beyond price, terms and tactics.
A difficult customer
Something has changed in the relationship. You need to understand what’s really happening before deciding what to do.
A CXO conversation
You have one important meeting. You want to enter the room with clarity, not a rehearsed script.
A founder’s decision
You’ve reached a crossroads. The business needs a decision, but you’re not sure whether you’re listening to your instinct or your fear.
A difficult employee
Something isn’t working with someone on your team. You need to think through the person, the situation and the conversation before acting.
Or something you can’t quite define yet
Sometimes: “Something isn’t right. I just need to talk.” is enough.
HOW THE CONVERSATION WORKS
YOU TALK.
I listen.
I REFLECT.
I paraphrase what I’m hearing so you can hear it too.
I ASK.
Questions that help you open up rather than questions designed to prove a point.
YOU THINK.
You begin to see the situation from different angles.
YOU DECIDE.
Not because I told you what to do. Because you became clearer about what you already knew.
And where useful, I’ll leave you with something to carry forward — perhaps a question to reflect on, an action to take, journaling, time in nature, or simply some space before making the next move.
I won’t rush you to an answer.
This is important.
“Tell me what to do in the next five minutes.”
I’m probably not the right person.
If you’re willing to sit with the situation, explore it and allow the conversation to evolve, we probably have something to work with.
There is no promise of a quick fix.
There is something more useful: space to think.
WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT?
I’ve spent nearly three decades sitting across tables from people.
Customers.
Salespeople.
Leaders.
Founders.
Colleagues.
Teams.
People making decisions under pressure.
I’ve learnt that what looks like a business problem is often a people problem underneath.
And my counselling training taught me another important lesson:
Listen without judgement.
Don’t rush to fix.
Don’t make the other person’s story about you.
Don’t assume you know what they should do.
So when you talk to me, your story stays yours.
I won’t tell you: “This happened to me too, so here’s what you should do.”
I’ll help you explore your situation.
What you leave with
Not necessarily a solution.
Something better.
• Calmer — because you’ve had space to put the noise down.
• Heard — because someone actually listened.
• More confident — because you’ve examined the situation rather than reacted to it.
• Hopefully closer to the answer that was already within you.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
For someone at a crossroads.
• has something important coming up
• feels stuck between choices
• wants to think before acting
• values being heard
• is willing to explore rather than rush
• wants an independent perspective without being told what to do
AND WHO IS IT NOT FOR?
Someone looking for a quick fix, a ready-made answer or someone to make the decision for them.
